(@moonetched)- When commissioning me It is your responsibility to ensure that you have given me all relevant information about your commission (including an accurate reference sheet of your character(s)).- The characters you have provided for the commission must be owned by you or you must have permission to use.My preferred contact method is DM on any social.

(Digital files will be transferred via email due to PayPal's TOS. )NO REFUNDS.General turn around time is 2-3 weeks depending on current wait list.25% Deposit will be requested upon commission acceptance.Revision sessions will be provided twice:
1) During the sketch phase.
2) During base colors/pre render.
*Additional revisions will be 10$ per session.
*Revision sessions are limited to change no more than 20% of the art per session.Remainder of balance is due upon completion. You will receive a watermark copy to verify work is completed prior to final payment.
Non-compressed, non-watermarked version will be transferred via email provided by client.

Usage Permissions:1. The client is able to post the finished art in their gallery or social networks with credits in the description. Physical products may only be made for personal use.2. The client is not allowed to edit the artwork with these exceptions: -resize -crop3. All rights to the work belong to me.
You are not allowed to edit, trace/copy or make strong reference to any art/commission I make, unless I have given direct and explicit permission to do so.

Adopted characters:
Original concept/design will belong to me. Character is not to be used for commercial purposes. Client is allowed to modify character design after ownership transfer.
Allowed alterations:
- clothing and accessories
- scars/tattoos/stickers
- name/age
- gender swaps allowed for specific characters, check character description

Vtuber Licensing:
Most characters are allowed to be transitioned into a vtuber character model.
Crediting must be listed on all social bios as
"Character Designer: @moonetched - Moony"
(If this specific option is not available, use your best judgement or ask me for the best alternative as applicable.)4. The client is not allowed in any way to use art purchased on artificial intelligence (AI) apps/platforms and the like to generate other versions of my art. I can decide not to sell art again to the customer/person in question.5. I reserve the right to post or distribute any and all artwork completed for commissions.
